GGG offers a complete line of UltraWiz Products. Known as "the blades that permanently changed the AGRR industry," UltraWiz blades are recognized globally as the finest auto glass cutout blades. Manufactured by A.N. Designs Inc., they are made from high-quality steel right here in the U.S.A. The blades are put through a special coining process that compresses the metal and are then heat-treated to meet the UltraWiz high standards. The engineers at UltraWiz continually improve the processes to maintain blade thickness, strength and durability that customers require. UltraWiz products are proudly used by the majority of technicians in the industry today.

The 1000 Series Cold Knife Blade was introduced in 1986 as the Windshield Wizard Blade. In 1993 the name was changed to the familiar registered trademark UltraWiz. Known for being reliable, sharp and tough, UltraWiz became the most popular cold knife blade in the auto glass replacement industry.

To meet the demand for thinner blades, UltraWiz created the UltraThin Blade. They are 40% thinner than the original blade surpassing its strength and durability. A two-step coining process thins the cut length of the blade, which is then heat-treated creating a stronger blade. UltraThin Blades out-perform any other cold knife blade on the market, lasting longer and cutting with unequaled ease.

With the advent of exposed pinchwelds, the risk of paint damage presents new challenges for the auto glass technician. UltraWiz developed the 51C0 series which is specifically coated and designed to reduce this damage. The coated UltraThin Paint Protection Blades are the strongest and thinnest coated cold knife blades available! The coating protects automotive paint from scratches and damage while cutting out windshields, back glasses or quarter glasses with exposed pinchwelds. With enough clearance for the blade between the glass and body, concerns about pinchweld paint damage are greatly reduced.

The innovative Reverse Bend Paint Protection Blade is an UltraThin blade which is bent in the reverse direction of a regular cold knife blade. This allows technicians to cut down and away from the glass, rather than up, towards the glass. The reverse bend cuts without digging into, or damaging encapsulated glass or underside molding. Now, with the added insurance of the Nylon coating on our Coated Reverse Bend Blades, scratching is no longer a concern when used properly.

Based on the UltraThin 5000 Series Blades, the UltraWiz Interior Blades are designed to reach and cut the urethane adhesive on all Dodge Truck Sliders from the inside, without removing most interior panels or headliners. The unique design has a positive depth stop manufactured right into the blade. The shank of the blade is angled back to allow the UltraWiz Lever Knives access to tight places, such as above headliners or behind quarter trim panels. The UltraWiz Lever Knife is recommended because the blade can be extended for hand clearance. The blade can also be used for interior removals on many other quarter window and windshield applications. Now available in 2 additional sizes – 1″ and 1-1/4″.

UltraWiz scraper blades are made from the same high quality material as UltraWiz Cold Knife Blades. They can also be re-sharpened multiple times and can be used with any UltraWiz Cable Knife.

Unmatched hardening of the stainless steel produce the longest lasting cutting edge available today; even outlasting our own carbon steel blades. It is also the first coined stainless steel blade produced for the auto glass replacement industry.

The UltraWiz Pull Cable Knives are made from high-quality aluminum. The handles are ergonomically shaped to provide comfort and gripping power. The unique set screw design allows for unlimited adjustments and easy blade changes in all of their pull cable knives.

The UltraWiz® Lever Knives are ergonomically shaped to provide comfort and gripping power and features a heavy-duty steel eyelet at the end of the pull cable for added strength. The in-line pull cable attachment keeps the knife from twisting in your hand and the durable foam-covered handle offers comfort, while the vinyl coat protects paint.

UltraWiz recently redesigned their UltraReach Cold Knife (Part Number: 3055-K).The new knife has been strengthened in all areas with thicker material as well as material type changes in critical areas.
