These procedures refer to the clip being "heat activated" however, these manufacturers have informed us that the clip installation does not require heat. The white pad on the clip is a cushion and spacer to space the clip from the metal.

1. Prepare the painted metal surface with isopropyl alcohol so that it is clean & free of residue.
2. With a marker or tape, mark off where the clips will be placed.
3. Mix a two-part epoxy like Z-Poxy (from Equalizer) or 3M Scotch-Weld DP-100 NS 3M Scotch-Weld EPX.
4. Only make enough for each side as the epoxy cures fast.
5. Apply epoxy to the clip surface.Apply and press clip to A-pillar and let cure.
6. Repeat the process for the remaining clips.
