Design & Developement
ALP Overseas has a full fledged D&D center with more than 20 qualified and dedicated engineers designing EPDM, plastic, injection molded products and tooling. The department’s main strength is their development speed which results in 70 to 80 automotive, building, white good and/or other industry products being introduced monthly. The reverse engineering facility is equipped with 3D scanning system and reverse engineering module software which includes: Aries Commander-2019, Catia-V5 6R-2017, NX & Flex Scan 3D.
ALP Overseas’s well-equipped in-house tool room is managed by a team of 30+ experienced personnel and contributes to about 90% of tools and dies requirements. The in house tooling center has the capability of developing extrusion dies for rubber and plastic, plastic injection molds, rubber molding molds, joint molds, notching tools, jigs, and fixtures. The tool room consists of both modern and advanced machinery that ensures precision and timely delivery.
Research & Development
The state of the art Research and Development (R&D) division of ALP Overseas offers quality design and development capabilities. The Company’s R&D Unit is established with modern infrastructure, superior technology, modern world-class rubber testing equipment and it is approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) , M/o of Science & Technology Government of India.
The facility is engaged in research, design development & Introduction of innovative products for Automotive industries, Bus body manufacturer, Construction, Glass industries to name a few across Domestic & International markets. Strong focus on R&D and the end-to-end solutions strengthen company’s the commitment towards client satisfaction and provide quality products to the customers. With the best group of rubber technologists and chemical engineers from the renowned universities to undertake the research work in accordance with the DSIR rules and clauses, company’s main objective is to research on new material & products, leading to providing best solutions to the customers at affordable prices.
GGG offers a complete selection of high quality engineered mechanical seals and sealing support systems while ALP Overseas has state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that supports exceptional precision and consistent compliance with stringent production standards. Built on a sprawling land area of 36,000 Sqm at Neemrana, and manned by 1100+ dedicated people with power generation capacity of: 1.5MW, ALP Overseas’s integrated manufacturing division is backed by high performance machines and equipment that are able to meet all manufacturing processes involving different phases and stages in the sequence to consistently produce a well finished seal.
